Job Description
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
- Help create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
- Conduct basic market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activity.
- Assist with event planning and promotions, including trade shows and product launches.
- Track and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Manage and update customer databases and mailing lists.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and organizing materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of graphic design tools or marketing software is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Creative and able to think outside the box.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
