Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with messaging.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to gather insights for product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and maximize resources.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative marketing approaches and tactics.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Support the development of marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Job Requirements

  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare Marketing.
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduates can apply.
  •  Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. 
  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results.
  • Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all marketing initiatives and materials.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented attitude.
