Marketing Executive

Job Description

• Have a clear understanding of identifying right consumer profile for different brands based on the profile shared by Brand strategy
• Effectively visit and cover all the channels - GT and General Eateries under assigned territory
• Follow the proper route plan every day to complete the mentioned visit frequency of outlets monthly
• Implement and execute of retailer programs with clear communication to helps drive offtake which supports in volume contribution to sales team from assigned territory
• Implement and execute consumer programs with clear communication to help drive offtake from outlets which supports the frequent stocks movement from outlets from assigned territory
• Everyday collect market observation & insights coming from competitors' activity, consumers trend and customer feedback from the assigned territory and share to RFMM for consolidation
• Closely work with SRs under assigned territory to get support build a good relationship among retailers which helps execute programs efficiently
• Contribute and share ideas to RFMM on the programs that are relevant for the assigned territory based on its nature
• Ensure all the merchandising items are in place and in good condition in all channels within the assigned territory
   

Job Requirements

• MBA graduate or Bachelor's complete
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing. 
• Key Conceptual/Managerial Skills:  Reporting, Decision making, Detail oriented in execution, Ability to prepare for activities promptly and with accuracy
• Personality/Behavioral Traits: Eager to learn, Positive Attitude, Excellent communication skills, Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
• Salary & Benefit
• Salary range: 21,700.00 to 32,500.00 (negotiable)
• Daily Allowance: Rs 250 per working day
• Fuel: 30 liters per month
• Maintenance: Rs 3000 per month
• Incentive will be provided depending on achievement of target
• Medical Insurance and accidental insurance from IGI insurance
