Job Description
- Develop and execute creative integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness using multiple channels
- Develop unconventional communication plans with key offline and online marketing channels to ensure we tap the right consumers
- Connect with prominent influencers or key opinion leaders on a variety of platforms and develop approaches in a new, convincing perspective
- Design and manage unique brand building campaigns and events to influence virality and brand awareness, including 11/11 Nepal’s biggest sale day
- Work with internal stakeholder teams (Managing Director to intern) to design successful campaign strategies
- Manage relationships with external Daraz-related marketing agencies
- Manage and report on marketing initiatives and core Key Performance Indicators using a proactive, data-driven approach
- Stay abreast of changes to the Daraz ecosystem and drive organizational learning cross-functionally, to ensure the impact of these changes to our business and identify opportunities to leverage them towards growth
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Marketing with proven experience of around 1 year
- An understanding of the Nepali media market
- Should have creative conceptual outlook and never run out of ideas
- Knowledge of the social media marketing industry
- Execution-driven with proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- Strong ability to collaborate across multiple functions to build successful marketing processes
- Willingness to try new innovative marketing strategies
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with networking aptitude
- Excellent time- and project management skills
