Job Description

Able to plan and execute the company direction and growth
Able to develop strategy and business plans in line with each Client's requirement
Maximize client satisfaction and are well serviced
To develop close relationship with retailers, developing trade marketing / brand promotion plans
Should provide guidance and strong leadership on strategy, business planning as well as day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

A good communicator with highly developed leadership capabilities
Capable to think out-of-the-box and develop business in new directions and new categories
Must have strong relationship building skills
Should ideally possess experience in marketing and sales force management
