Job Description
- Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and sales documentation.
- Monitor order status and delivery timelines; coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers, sales, and orders in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Generate regular sales and dispatch reports and provide insights to support sales performance.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Handle return and refund processes in line with company policies.
- Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate (10+2) completed.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar store, dispatch, or sales support role.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- A two-wheeler license is compulsory.
