Job Description

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and sales documentation.
  • Monitor order status and delivery timelines; coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers, sales, and orders in the system.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Generate regular sales and dispatch reports and provide insights to support sales performance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Handle return and refund processes in line with company policies.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and loyalty.

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate (10+2) completed.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar store, dispatch, or sales support role.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
  • A two-wheeler license is compulsory.
