- - Work closely with internal teams to refine client success processes.
- - Document client interactions and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

- - Sales & Client Success Expertise: Experience in client-facing roles with a results-driven mindset.

- - Financial Services or Property Market Experience (Preferred): While prior experience in lending is not required, an interest in the sector is essential.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, sales, or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
