Job Description
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and pitching products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the paints industry or building materials market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within Kathmandu and surrounding areas.
