Job Description
- Design and develop creative visual materials for branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop product posters, point-of-sale materials (POSM), brochures, and other print marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital and print communication materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to create compelling visual content that supports business objectives.
- Edit, enhance, and optimize graphics for both online and offline platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques to produce innovative designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); knowledge of CorelDRAW or other design software will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in designing marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
