Job Description

  • Greet guests and visitors with a welcoming attitude.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Respond to inquiries from guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage reservations through the booking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's running or completed
  • Must have a year of experience in related filed
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
