Basic Information
Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Assist in administrative tasks, record-keeping, and data entry.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree/Running
- Experience: Must have a year of expereince as Front Desk Officer
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency1 in using computers and relevant software
