Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Job Requirements
- ?Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- ?Must be married with fluency in English.
- Freshers or a year of experienc
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers).
- Friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
