Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about services and facilities.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Adhere to security protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor running can apply
- Fresher or 1 yrs of experience in Front desk.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
