Job Description

Greet and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling.

Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.

Support administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or front desk management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.

Confident, organized, and client-focused personality.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
-
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
