Job Description

Handling phone calls, inquiries, and reservations promptly.

Maintaining guest records and ensuring accurate billing.

Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Resolving guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Job Requirements

Education: Minimum +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in a related role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented approach.
