Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including managing the distribution of mail and packages.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor running can apply.
  • Proven 2 years of  experience in a customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and reservation software.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
