Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, including attendance tracking and document management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office space.
  • Support internal departments with clerical and operational tasks.

Job Requirements
