Basic Information
Job Description
- Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met.
- Enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and guide factory workers to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments for operational efficiency.
- Maintain records of production, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Intermediate/ Bachelors Running
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in factory supervising in furniture business
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of furniture industry trends and best practices
