Export Officer

Job Description

• Manage all activities related to the export of goods – Nepal plant
• Align with Nepal Production, quality, Packing, and Billing for the timely handover of the goods as per the committed ex-factory date to the Customer
• Flag and escalate the delay with the management in advance,
• Share ASN with the US team at least 8-10 days before the shipment handover
• Collect all the necessary information timely, (HSN, unit price, item description, etc) 
   

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics/export-import/supply chain.
•    Strong understanding of Incoterms, freight quotation processes, and shipment documentation.
•    Excellent communication skills in English & Nepali.
•    Knowledge of export documentation (FOB, CIF, DAP, LDP terms).
•    Proficient in MS Excel and ERP System.
•    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
