Job Description

Supervise and manage daily operations of the assembly unit
Ensure proper assembly of electrical and electronic components as per standards
Monitor production quality, safety, and efficiency
Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic faults during assembly
Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics teams
Maintain technical documentation, reports, and records
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a relevant engineering or assembly/production role
Proven ability to handle and supervise an assembly unit
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in home appliances or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
