Plant Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets
• Monitor machinery, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, OSHA) and environmental regulations
• Lead, train, and evaluate plant staff and manage work schedules
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machinery
• Maintain quality control standards across production processes
• Prepare operational reports and maintain production records
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Prior supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and compliance
• Ability to handle reporting and inventory management
