Job Description
- Achieve targeted Inventory Turnover Ratio and category performance goals
- Ensure optimal GIMROF (Gross Inventory Margin Return on Floor) for assigned category
- Support in developing and executing category strategies in coordination with the B&M Head and operations team
- Plan and execute promotional activities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Conduct regular vendor meetings and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Communicate category plans clearly and resolve vendor issues as per company policies
- Coordinate with finance for vendor payments, reconciliations, and margin negotiations
- Work closely with SCM team to ensure timely stock availability based on buying plans
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate product records
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in health & beauty, cosmetics, or retail merchandising
- E-commerce experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel – intermediate level preferred)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of health & beauty / cosmetic products
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle
