Job Description
- Execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to improve overall campaign performance and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rates, and impressions while preparing regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, campaign messaging, audience targeting, and marketing strategies to identify high-performing campaigns and optimize budget allocation.
- Analyze campaign and customer engagement data using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement user engagement and push notification strategies aimed at improving customer retention, engagement, and overall user experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, data, and app experience teams to improve campaign tracking systems, communication strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow improvement, and enhanced reporting systems to strengthen digital marketing effectiveness and accessibility of performance data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and audience targeting strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
