Job Description

  • Create, manage, and optimise compelling social advertising over Facebook and Instagram Advertising via
  • Ad Manager and Google Adwords, including media planning, ad optimisation and other lead generating
  • channels and advertising reports including recommendations for future campaigns based on results.
  • Growing social media profiles and increasing engagement for new and established brands
  • Enhancing online performance via site usability, SEO, SEM and conversion optimisation
  • Digital marketing initiatives such as social media posts, blogs, search campaigns (SEO, PPC, SEM), eDMs
  • and CRM.
  • Creation and management of Google AdWords campaigns, including keywords, campaigns, and
  • optimisation.
  • Take the lead on setting up reporting requirements for all digital campaigns, including goals and event/UTM
  • tracking within Google Analytics, and implementation of tracking pixels on relevant sites
  • Liaise with our Content Writers and Producers to advise them of the best ways to reach target markets,
  • create awareness to deliver persuasive messaging and communications campaigns alongside SEO
  • services.
  • Drive lead generation traffic and conversions
  • Monthly reporting and analysis on website performance, advertising campaigns, SEO results and Social

  • Daily use of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics,

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of EDM software including Mailchimp and Campaign monitor
  • A wiz with Facebook ads & funnels
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords campaigns, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Search
  • Console, SEO, SEM, Lead Generation, Digital content marketing, research tools
  • Strong interest in all digital marketing channels
  • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
