Job Description
- Respond to dealer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process and track dealer orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain and update dealer account information.
- Resolve dealer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay informed about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and generate activity reports.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor running
- 1-2 years of experience in Hardware Sector in any field
- Must have knowledge of whatsapp and facebook well.
- Should know Excel well and basic data analysis
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Must Be intelligent
