Job Description

  • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Guide students through admission and visa application processes.
  • Maintain records of student interactions and documentation.
  • Coordinate with universities and stakeholders for smooth processing.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Studies.
  •  Minimum 1/2 Years Experience in related filed.
  • Experience: Previous experience in RTO administration or online education support is preferrd.
  • Software proficiency: famility with student management systems(VETrak, aXcelerate or similar), Google Suite, Microsoft office and CRM tools.
  • Communication skills: Excellent English skills (both written ans verbal) to handle professional communication with Australian clients.
  • Attenttion to Details: Strong organizational and compliance skills to ensure accuracy In rocords and reporting.
  • Ability to work Australian business hours (or flexible hours required).
  • Office Time: 6:00 Am-2 PM
