Job Description
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Guide students through admission and visa application processes.
- Maintain records of student interactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with universities and stakeholders for smooth processing.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Studies.
- Minimum 1/2 Years Experience in related filed.
- Experience: Previous experience in RTO administration or online education support is preferrd.
- Software proficiency: famility with student management systems(VETrak, aXcelerate or similar), Google Suite, Microsoft office and CRM tools.
- Communication skills: Excellent English skills (both written ans verbal) to handle professional communication with Australian clients.
- Attenttion to Details: Strong organizational and compliance skills to ensure accuracy In rocords and reporting.
- Ability to work Australian business hours (or flexible hours required).
- Office Time: 6:00 Am-2 PM
