Job Description

Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Manage and monitor all social media platforms professionally.

Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.

Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Experience: 2–3 years in a customer service department.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM systems and social media management.
