Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate issues to the relevant team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve services, and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements and deliver optimal service.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years proven experience in Showroom Sales (4 wheelers)
- Experience in managing a customer service team
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
