Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience preferably in the Sales service of automotive industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in CRM software and customer management tools
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
