Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide regular feedback for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to enhance customer experience
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty
  • Prepare reports on customer service activities and performance metrics

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience preferably in the Sales service of automotive industry.  
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and customer management tools
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
