Job Description
-
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Prepare and present reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as required.

Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s running/ completed.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience: Fresher can apply
