Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s running/ completed.
- Good oral and written communication skills -Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
