Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance regarding

Job Requirements

- At least 1 - 2 years in Front Desk, CSR.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to empathize with customers and build rapport.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry.
