Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide product and service information to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate completed or Bachelor running
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
