Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally through phone, email, or in person
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely support
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports and documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
