Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate solutions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest service improvements.
  • Meet performance targets, including response times and resolution rates.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s running/ completed.
  • Good oral and written  communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience:  1 year in related field
