Basic Information
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate solutions via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest service improvements.
- Meet performance targets, including response times and resolution rates.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s running/ completed.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience: 1 year in related field
