Job Description

• Understand and keep abreast of all company, government and other applicable compliance requirements and ensures tasks are performed in accordance with these requirements.
• Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll and other payroll related data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures and provides insight into the reason behind discrepancies.
• Performs audits and validations of payroll transactions; Prepare quarter-end and yearend tax reports.
• Helps to provide guidance to employees and other HR functions in matters related to Payroll processing, systems, and tax laws.
• Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure quick, courteous resolution for all employee benefits program such as group insurance, medical, accident and annual health checkup.
• Coordinate and process insurance claims or requests and ensure timely payment of monthly premiums.
• Handle leave management system and develop related reports.

Job Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Human Resource, Finance or Accounting 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the administration of benefits and ERP-based payroll systems
