Job Description
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Update and maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer accounts.
- Work with customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
Job Requirements
- Candidate having experience of 2-3 years, working in the market preferably having collection experience in co-operative or other financial institution.
- Candidate must be Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in management stream.
- Candidate must have own two wheeler with valid driving license.
