- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's/Mater's Degree
- Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
- Experience running successful marketing campaignsSolid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
- Experience with CRM software
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
- Analytical mind
