Job Description

Manage daily service operations at authorized service points to ensure efficiency.
Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate workflow to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Act as a liaison between service centers and the company, facilitating communication and support.
Monitor service performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service guidelines.
Support service teams in achieving operational targets and resolving customer concerns.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile service operations or customer support.
Strong understanding of service operations, workflow management, and customer satisfaction practices.
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Professional approach and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel outside the valley as per operational requirements.
Valid 2-wheeler driving license.
