Job Description

  • Manage daily service operations at authorized service points to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between service centers and the company, facilitating communication and support.
  • Monitor service performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service guidelines.
  • Support service teams in achieving operational targets and resolving customer concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile service operations or customer support.
  • Strong understanding of service operations, workflow management, and customer satisfaction practices.
  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Professional approach and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel outside the valley as per operational requirements.
  • Valid 2-wheeler driving license.
