Job Description
- Identify and develop institutional and corporate sales opportunities in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government offices, private institutions, and bulk buyers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with dealers, service teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Prepare sales proposals, reports, and documentation.
- Travel extensively outside the Kathmandu Valley as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or institutional/B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the automobile market and institutional sales process.
- Willingness to work in out-of-valley locations and travel frequently.
- A Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
