Job Description

  • Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system accurately and timely
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective use of CRM data
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Prepare basic CRM and customer service reports
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and follow-up activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Completed or Running) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM or Customer Service roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
