Job Description
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system accurately and timely
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective use of CRM data
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Prepare basic CRM and customer service reports
- Support customer engagement initiatives and follow-up activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Completed or Running) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM or Customer Service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
