Job Description

  • Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product financing solutions.
  • Analyze customer requirements and market trends to offer accurate and timely financing recommendations.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records for reporting.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, managing deadlines and multitasking in a fast-paced business environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a call center, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of product financing and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
