Job Description
- Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product financing solutions.
- Analyze customer requirements and market trends to offer accurate and timely financing recommendations.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records for reporting.
- Work efficiently under pressure, managing deadlines and multitasking in a fast-paced business environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a call center, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of product financing and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
