Job Description

  • Promptly and professionally respond to inbound calls, social media inquiries, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about Nepal IVF treatment packages and services to patients.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure patients are equipped with necessary information regarding their visit.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Address patient queries and concerns effectively through follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate with the Front Desk and Nursing departments to fulfill patient needs seamlessly.
  • Achieve call center performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

 

  • Qualificaitaon: +2 / Bachelors Running
  • Experience: Must have 6months to 1 year of experience in Front Desk/Customer service
  • Previous experience in a call center or hospital reception is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali languages is mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple communication platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Phone, Email, and WhatsApp.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills.
