Basic Information
Job Description
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- Maintain front desk records, files, and basic documentation
- Assist with patient registration and guide them through procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Support basic administrative and reporting tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed (preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, or CSR
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work in a healthcare service environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
