Job Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination
  • Maintain front desk records, files, and basic documentation
  • Assist with patient registration and guide them through procedures
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
  • Support basic administrative and reporting tasks as required

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree running or completed (preferred)
  • 0–1 year of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, or CSR
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in a healthcare service environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
