Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally through phone, email, or in person
Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests
Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely support
Prepare and maintain customer service reports and documentation
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships

Job Requirements

- Must be presentable and good personality
