Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally through phone, email, or in person
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests
- Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely support
- Prepare and maintain customer service reports and documentation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
Job Requirements
- Must be presentable and good personality
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Mast have good communication skills
- Must have practical knowledge of MS Excel,, Word
