Basic Information
Job Description
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery
- Provide accurate service cost estimates and explain repair details to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates and follow-up
- Maintain service records and assist in post-service feedback collection
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Technical knowledge of vehicles and service processes
