Job Description
- Handle and process warranty claims in accordance with company and manufacturer guidelines
- Inspect vehicles/parts to verify warranty eligibility and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with service centers and technical teams regarding warranty issues
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, approvals, and rejections
- Monitor warranty claim status and follow up for timely resolution
- Assist in audits and reporting related to warranty performance
- Provide technical support and guidance on warranty-related matters
- Travel outside the valley when required for inspections, training, or coordination
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (M.E.)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector
- Prior experience in warranty handling, service operations, or after-sales support will be an advantage
- Good understanding of automobile systems and components
- Knowledge of warranty policies, procedures, and documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze technical issues and prepare reports
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel outside the valley as per job requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
