Area Service Engineer

Job Description

• Monitor and support service operations at authorized service centers within the assigned area.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to service technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.
• Coordinate warranty, service campaigns, and technical updates with dealers.
• Conduct service audits, training, and performance evaluations of service centers.
• Prepare service reports and submit regular updates to the head office.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile service sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers and service operations.
• Willingness to work outside the Kathmandu Valley and travel frequently.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities effectively.
