Basic Information
Job Description
- Monitor and support service operations at authorized service centers within the assigned area.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to service technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.
- Coordinate warranty, service campaigns, and technical updates with dealers.
- Conduct service audits, training, and performance evaluations of service centers.
- Prepare service reports and submit regular updates to the head office.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile service sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers and service operations.
- Willingness to work outside the Kathmandu Valley and travel frequently.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities effectively.
