Regional Spare Parts Officer

Job Description

• Manage spare parts distribution and availability within the assigned region
• Coordinate with dealers and service centers to fulfill spare parts requirements
• Monitor stock levels, consumption trends, and reorder requirements
• Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation of spare parts
• Support after-sales service teams with spare parts-related coordination
• Conduct dealer visits and regional market monitoring as required
• Prepare reports on spare parts movement, inventory, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and spare parts standards
• Travel outside the valley as per operational requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector
• Experience in spare parts management, service operations, or dealer coordination will be an advantage
• Valid 2-wheeler driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel outside the valley as per job needs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and systems
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to analyze inventory and service requirements
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
