Area Sales Manager

Job Description

• Prepare the monthly, weekly sales plans & programs for the respective sales zone in close coordination with brand and high end sales team
• Develop robust plan to drive overall market share of the territory · Prepare distribution and manpower planning for respective zone taking into consideration volume, geography and outlets covered.
• Prepare tour plan for the month
•  Maintain Distributor Floor Stock and Inventory management
• Credit Management of Distributors
• Monitor distributor KPI/ coverage plan effectiveness
•  Identify new avenue for growth

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Masters running in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience of  5 years in related field.
• Must be willing to travel anywhere.Can be placed anywhere in Nepal 
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
