Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Manage and lead the sales team to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
- Experience: 4-5 years in Sales in FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills (if applicable).
